2 cups unsweetened rice milk or coconut milk
¼ cup fresh strawberries
2 tablespoons natural, peanut butter
1 packet stevia (optional)
½ cup crushed ice
In a blender, combine the milk, strawberries, peanut butter, stevia (if using), and ice. Process until smooth and serve.
If you struggle with constipation, add 2 tablespoons flaxseed to increase the fiber content.
SUBSTITUTION TIP If you’re allergic to peanuts, replace the peanut butter with Sunflower Butter
